All can add peoples to the clan but! If Admin-Dragon havent said yes. then he/she have to be lvl 17 or above! For being sure it arent newbies (For special reasons), And keep the Website secret for hackers/scammers/spammers/noobs(noobs is peoples whos making accounts for anoying others),
